Julie Nicholson is an incredible realtor on both the buyers and sellers side. She is wonderful at negotiation, and extremely hard working! Many nights she was emailing me after midnight making deals happen. My house was on the market for a week before an offer came in. I was also extremely impressed with her ability to stage a house. Instead of hiring a stager, she took care of that, along with hiring a top notch photographer. Throughout the whole process, she was always keeping me in the loop and would call daily, sometimes three times a day, depending on the situation. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a realtor! She got us top dollar on our house we sold, and got us a steal on the house we purchased. My husband and I both feel incredibly grateful to have had her as a realtor. If you use her, you will be impressed the entire time with the work she will provide. Julie Nicholson is much more than just a realtor. She was hardworking and dedicated to selling our home.
